摘要
高职院校教师教学能力在很大程度上决定了学生学习的积极性、学生对专业的态度、学生就业时的专业技术能力。拟以软件技术专业为背景探讨如何建立一套完整的、具备可操作性的、与专业特点相符合的教学能力评价体系,旨在通过加强教师教学能力评价,提高软件技术专业教师技术能力、提升教师授课责任感,实时监控学生学习状态以及思想动态,使得教学能更好地符合教师以及学生发展的需要。
Teachers'teaching competence in higher vocational cotteges, to a large extent, deter mines the students'learning initiative, attitude and professional ability when they graduate. This paper aims at building a complete, operational teaching evaluation system, which is consistent with the profes- sional features of Software Technology. This is designed to strengthen the evaluation of teachers" teach- ing, to enhance the technical capacity of the software professional teachers, to improve teachers" teach- ing responsibility, and to timely monitor students'learning status and ideological trends, which may help make teaching to better meet the development needs of teachers and students.
