摘要
汽车租赁服务是一个服务分布网络化、客户需求不确定与汽车租赁服务短期供给不确定的行业,这就使得汽车租赁服务商会面临复杂的日常运营决策问题。混合了车辆升级的统一调度方法是降低供给与需求不确定的有效解决方案,可以提高汽车出租率和车辆利用率,满足客户需求,增加服务提供商的收入。本文正是基于此,提出了使用类子群算法求解的车辆分配、升级和调度优化的方案,算例表明这种方法可以有效提高汽车租赁服务的收入。
In the car rent service field where services are provided through network and uncertainty characterizes both demand of customers and short-term supply of car rent service, car rent service providers have to deal with the complexities of daily operation management. The strategy of integrated car upgrade and dispatching is an effective solution of reducing uncertainty of demand and supply. It can increase the car rent ratio and satisfy customers' need. The paper puts forward a solution including car allocation, upgrade and dispatching optimization based on arithmetic of PSO. Application of examples shows that this solution can effectively improve the revenue of supplier.
