The Social Responsibility of Organization and Female Graduates' Employment

组织是指为实现一定的目标,按照一定的程序互相协作结合而成的集体或团体,是一种权责结构。近几年大学毕业生就业尤其是女大学生就业难问题日益突出。依据利益相关者理论,政府、企业、高等学校与大学毕业生是利益相关者。各组织积极支持、接收女大学生就业是它们应该履行的社会责任,有利于促进和谐社会建设和社会整体利益的提高。

Organization is a collective or a group which collaborates in accordance with certain procedures to achieve certain goals, and it is a kind of structures with both powers and responsibilities. In recent years, the difficulty in college graduates＇ employment has become increasingly prominent, especially for the female students. Based on stakeholder theory, the government, enterprises, colleges and college graduates are stakeholders. It is a social responsibility the organizations should fulfill actively to support the employment for female graduates and receive female graduates, which is helpful to build a harmonious society and to improve the overall society interests.
