照明用大功率LED参数测量 被引量:2

摘要 为了研究大功率LED照明,本文对不同批次的大功率蓝光、白光LED进行了相关测试。电学参数我们测试了大功率LED的相对光强随注入电流的变化、发光效率随电流的变化等,观察了发光波长与电流的关系。光学参数测试了光通量、光效、白光的色坐标。为大功率LED用于照明的提供参考。 To study illumination of power-LED,different batches of blue and white power-LEDS were tested.We tested the relative intensity,luminous flux and luminous efficacy change with current,and observed the relationship of light wavelength and current.Meanwhile,we tested luminous flux,luminous efficacy and color coordinates.There is a preliminary study in this paper,the results will provide a reference to the lighting of power-LED and for the further study.
