内皮损伤及血小板在偏头痛与缺血性卒中关系间的作用
摘要
偏头痛是常见的头痛类型．属于原发性头痛．其表现为发作性头痛，有些在头痛前有眼前闪光或视野缺损、麻木等先兆症状，多数无先兆，常伴有恶心、呕吐、畏光、怕声等症状，严重干扰着患者的生活质量。目前偏头痛诊断和分类标准由2004年国际头痛学会头面痛分类委员会提出（ICHD-Ⅱ），其根据临床症状主要有先兆性偏头痛（migrainewithaura，MA）和非先兆性偏头痛（migrainewithoutaura，MwoA）。
