摘要 科学发展观的核心是以人为本,是科学的人才观的重要内涵。两者紧密联系,互相影响。发展离不开人才,人才决定发展。通过多维课程视角审视了符合科学发展观规律的"师生成长共同体"的构建必要性和评价机制,指出"师生成长共同体"是发挥大学生个性和教师成长两者互促发展互携进步的有效单元。 The scientific development concept's core is humanist,is important connotation which the scientific talented person observes.Both relate closely,mutual influence.The development cannot leave the talented person,the talented person decides the development.This article carefully examined through the multi-dimensional curriculum angle of view has conformed to the scientific development concept rule "the teachers and students grew the community" the construction necessity and the appraisal mechanism,pointed out that "the teachers and students grew the community" are display the university student individuality and the teacher grow both to press the development to take along the progress effective unit mutually.
