摘要
富士康公司员工跳楼事件、万士达公司损害员工权益事件折射出非公有制企业背离人性化管理的严峻现实。非公有制企业背离人性化管理的主要原因是其实行人性化管理的驱动力不足。基于非公有制企业实行人性化管理的必要性,政府、企业员工、工会和社会舆论应主动对非公有制企业施加压力,以此形成非公有制企业实行人性化管理的外驱力,同时引导非公有制企业培育实行人性化管理的内驱力。只有内外合力,非公有制企业实行人性化管理的进程才会大大加快。
Serious reality that non-public enterprises err from humanity-based management is refracted through 12 employee of Foxconn Technology Group jumping off a building and Wanstar Co.Ltd.damaging its employee's rights and interests.The main reason is that non-public enterprises lack an inner-driving force to practise humanity-based management.Since of necessity,government,employee,labor union and public opinion should be the outer-driving force of non-public enterprises practising humanity-based management,and these enterprises should cultivate their inner-driving force.Only outer–driving force and inner-driving force combine together,the course of non-public enterprises practising humanity-based management will be quickened.
