应用CGMS评价诺和平联合诺和龙治疗初诊T_2DM的临床研究

摘要 初诊2型糖尿病患者,随机分为地特胰岛素联合瑞格列耐组28例,诺和锐30组28例,治疗12周,应用动态血糖监测技术观察两组间血糖波动及低血糖发生情况。结果治疗组与对照组FBG、2hPG、HbA1c、Homa-β(2小时)和Homa-IR比较均无显著性差异,P>0.05;而治疗组的血糖波动、体重增加和低血糖发生率均显著低于对照组,P<0.01。结论初诊2型糖尿病用地特胰岛素联合诺和龙治疗,血糖波动、体重增加和低血糖发生率均显著低于对照组。
