Brief Introduction to fishery products management system in New Zealand

水产品味道鲜美营养丰富,但因其生长特性,易富集环境中的毒素和污染物质,对养殖、加工卫生安全要求很高。新西兰是世界上重要的水产品(特别是双壳贝类)出口国,其水产品管理体系已获得欧盟和美国的等效性认可,本文介绍了新西兰对水产品养殖、加工过程的管理体系,希望对中国水产品生产和管理起到借鉴作用。

Aquatic products are delicious in taste and rich in nutrients. As aquatic animals are easily absorbed with environmental toxins and pollutants, there is high demand for aquatic products culture and processing safety and hygiene. New Zealand is one of the most important exporters of aquatic products, especially mollusks and its management system has been authorized equivalence recognition of European Union and the United States of America. This article aimed to provide some reference for China＇ s aquatic products production and management by introducing the management system for aquatic products culturing and processing in New Zealand.
