摘要
高职院校班级文化建设是高职学生综合素质培养中不可或缺的一环,随着高职院校创新技能型人才培养目标的逐渐确立,作为人才综合素质培养中重要平台之一的班级文化建设已经越来越引起人们的关注。从高职院校学生特点及学生活动开展难点入手,讨论如何切实有效地展开高职院校班级文化建设,并提出具体改进措施。
Class culture construction is an indispensable part in training students＇ comprehensive quality in vocational colleges. For cultivating innovative talents, class culture construction is paid more and more attention to. This essay analyzes the vocational students＇ characteristics and the difficulties in activities. It discusses how to build the class culture and provides some specific measures to improve the current situation.
