儿童原发性免疫性血小板减少症诊断治疗的国际共识 被引量：3

摘要 儿童免疫性血小板减少症（ITP）病程较短，2／3以上在6个月内自发缓解。症状和体征在个体间差别较大，很多患儿无症状或只有轻微皮肤出血，而有的则有严重出血，如消化道出血、广泛皮肤黏膜出血、颅内出血（ICH）。血小板减少即可能发生出血，
