免疫性血小板减少症患儿的颅内出血
摘要
免疫性血小板减少症（immune thrombocytopenia，ITP）是儿童最常见的出血性疾病，过去也称特发性血小板减少性紫癜（idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura），或免疫性血小板减少性紫癜（immune thrombocytopenic purpura）。
