中国美学研究的“情味”视角——王文生《中国美学史》论析

摘要 王文生的《中国美学史》以古典文学作品及理论著述为研究范围、以中国文论中的"情味"为核心研究对象,它展示的不仅是情味理论发展的历史,还是历代文学作品情味变迁的历史。王文生细致爬梳一手资料,力避陈说、独立思考,孜孜不倦地探寻中国美学原味,他以实际做法例证了真正的"比较诗学"精神———"在总体比较中发展各自的特点,吸取彼此有益的经验以丰富发展各自的美学思想",其著作扎实厚重、视角独特,树立了中国美学史研究的新路标,具有重要的学术意义和方法论价值。 Wang Wensheng' s masterpiece the History of Chinese Aesthetics ranges from classical literature works to theory writings with feeling and taste in Chinese literary theory. The book shows us a history not only of the theory development of feeling and taste, but also of the changes of feeling and taste in literary works of past dynasties. Avoiding the clich6 and thinking independently, Wang Wensheng read and analyzed primary data meticulously. He made all the unwearied efforts to seek the original taste of Chinese aesthetics. Professor Wang' s practice is an example illustrating the true spirit of comparative poetics. This spirit is revealing each other' s characters from comparing, and absorbing helpful experience to enrich and develop each aesthetic thought. Wang Wensheng' s work is massive, steady and has individual angle of view, which has set up the new signpost of the research of Chinese aesthetics. Hence the book has important academic meanings and methodology value.
