摘要
建立了电感耦合等离子质谱(ICP-MS)测定食品模拟物中铅、砷、镉、镍、钴、锌的方法。分别用水、3%(v/v)乙酸水溶液、10%(v/v)乙醇水溶液、95%(v/v)乙醇水溶液在40℃下浸泡涂有内涂层的金属饮料罐两片罐和三片罐240h,得到食品模拟物样品。对于水、3%(v/v)乙酸水溶液、10%(v/v)乙醇水溶液三种食品模拟物样品,用电热板将样品蒸发至近干,用10%硝酸定容,上机检测。对于95%(v/v)乙醇模拟物样品,用电热板将样品蒸发至近干,剩余液体过滤后用10%(v/v)硝酸定容,上机测试。方法的检出限在0.5ng/mL到15ng/mL之间,线性良好,相关系数均邳.999;在两个浓度水平进行添加实验,大部分回收率在9213%,108%之间,相对标准偏差在0.3%~13.3%之间。方法准确度高,操作简单,是检测食品模拟物中铅、砷、镉、镍、钴、锌的有效方法。
A method for determination of Pb, As, Cd, Ni, Co, Zn in food simulants by ICP-MS was established. Beverage cans were filled with different kinds of food simulants and kept in thermostat at 40 ℃ for 240 h. Food simulants of distilled water, 3% (V/F) acetic acid, 10% ethanol (V/V) were evaporated and then diluted with 4% nitric acid. Food simulants of 95% ethanol (V/V) were evaporated, and then filtered before diluted with 4% nitric acid. The detection limits were from 0.5ng/mL to 15ng/mL. The linear correlations were over 0.999. Most of the recoveries at two concentration levels were from 92.3% to 108%, while the RSD from 0.3% to 8.0%. The method was precise and simple for determining these elements in food simulants.
