肠球菌生物被膜形成的分子机制研究进展

摘要 肠球菌是医院感染的重要条件致病菌,随着对肠球菌致病机制研究的逐步深入,研究者们发现肠球菌与多种置入医疗器材如导尿管、静脉插管和人工瓣膜所引起的生物被膜相关感染有关。生物被膜不仅为细菌提供良好的避护所,而且机体防御系统及抗菌药物难以将其清除,因此对肠球菌生物被膜形成机制的深入研究,在感染的防治中具有重要的意义。此文对肠球菌生物被膜形成的分子机制相关研究进展做一综述。 Enterococcus is an important conditional pathogen of nosocomial infection. With the gradual development of the pathogenic mechanism of Enterococcus, we found that Enterococcus is associated with the infection caused by biofilm induced by a variety of inserting medical devices such as catheter, intravenous cannulation and prosthetic valve. Biofilm not only provide good shelter for bacteria, but also can be hardly cleared away by the body's defense system and antibacterial agents. In consequence, intensive study on the formation mechanism about Enterococcal biofilm has great significance for the prevention and therapies of the infection. The research progress on molecular mechanisms about the Enterococcal biofilm formation of are reviewed.
