Liver stem cell transplantation and its application

肝硬化、肝衰竭和HCC等肝病的治疗仍是我国临床实践中面临的难题，目前尚没有确切、可靠、安全的方法来解决这一系列肝脏问题，但肝干细胞移植的出现为临床肝病的治疗带来了一道曙光。此文就肝干细胞的来源、分类及其在临床肝病治疗中的作用进行了系统阐述。

The treatment of hepatic cirrhosis, hepatic failure and hepatocellular carcinoma and other liver disease in China is still facing challenges in clinical practice. There is still no accurate, rehable and safe methods to resolve this series of liver problems. However, the emergence of hepatic stem cell transplantation for the treatment of clinical liver disease brought a burst of dawn. The source and classification of liver stem cells and its function in treating clinical liver diseases cells are reviewed in this article.
