食品营养强化剂不仅能提高食品的营养质量,而且还可以提高食品的感官质量和改善其保藏性能,在食品加工业中起到越来越重要的作用。为了满足各类人群对营养素的需要,新型食品营养强化剂不断的被研究、开发和应用。本文介绍了食品营养强化剂的研究进展。
