摘要
高校师资队伍作为培养高级专业化人才、推进科学技术发展研究的支柱性力量,其有效的管理和发展关系到国家发展和社会进步、关系到高校教学质量和研究水平、关系到高校的生存和发展。为了更好地培养和发展师资力量,高校的师资管理必须合理有效,既能够保证师资队伍良好的运作秩序,又要为教师创造良好的发展空间。因此,如何搞好高校的师资管理是我们面临的一个重要课题。管理艺术是多样化的,在高校的师资管理实践中,除了硬性的制度管理之外,充满人文关怀的管理模式是对师资管理方式的升华。高校师资管理的人文关怀问题不仅是一个理论问题,而且也是一个实践问题,管理中的人文精神有利于教师和高校的共同发展,有利于构建社会主义和谐社会。笔者针对高校师资管理人文关怀的基本理念、基本原则以及加强高校师资管理人文关怀的建议这三个方面问题加以探讨。
The effective management and good development of college teaching faculty resource which is a skeleton force in cultivating specialized talents and in promoting the research on science and technology are directly related to the teaching quality ,level of research ,existence and development of the future university, even to the development of our country and the whole society. In the process of cultivating college teachers, the reasonable and effective management must be set up to ensure the construction of college teaching faculty resource in good order and to provide developing space for college teachers. Therefore, it is an important subject that we face to solve the faculty management of higher institutions. The managerial art is diversified. In practice, apart from rigid and inflexible rules, management mode with humanistic care is the distillation of college teaching faculty resource management. Humanistic care is not only a theoretical but also a practical problem which promotes the development of teachers and higher institutions and speeds the progress of harmonious society. This article analyzes the humane care of the college teaching faculty resource from 3 aspects : the basic idea, basic principle and advice on strengthening humanistic care in management of college teaching faculty resource.
