吉林省人力资源与经济发展的耦合分析

摘要 吉林省人力资源丰富,但与其经济发展水平并不匹配。文章从人力资源总量、人力资源能力、人力资源结构三个方面对吉林省人力资源与经济发展的耦合状况进行了系统分析,结论认为:吉林省人力资源丰富,但就业不够充分;人力资源素质较高,但竞争力不足;人力资源产业结构不合理,与产值结构匹配性差。 In Jilin Province, the human resources are very rich, but it does not match with the level of economic development. This article makes a systematic analysis for the coupled situation of the human resources and the economic development in Jilin province from three areas:the amount of human resources, human resource ca- pacity and human resources structure. This article concludes that in Jilin province, the human resources are very rich, but the employment is inadequate. Besides ,this article has another conclusion that the quality of the human resources is high, but the competitiveness is not adequate. At last ,this article reveals that the industrial structure of the human resources is irrational, and it does not match with the output structure well.
