摘要
随着高校绩效工资的实施,绩效工资在高校的激励作用将逐步体现,从产生激励效果的首要措施、基础、保证、持续动力等方面探讨高校绩效工资的激励问题,是研究和完善高校绩效工资激励设计的有效途径。
The promotion function will emerge with the implementation of performance pay policy at colleges. This paper explores the problem of promotion from the respects that can generate promoting effects such as principal measures, foundation, assurance and sustainable power, which is the effective way to study and perfect the design of college performance pay.
