摘要
目的探讨缺氧缺血性脑损伤幼年大鼠血浆中促肾上腺皮质激素释放因子(corticotropin releasing factor,CRF)水平的变化。方法将240只幼年大鼠随机分成3组:缺氧缺血性脑损伤模型组(模型组)、假手术组和正常对照组,每组80只。3组大鼠在缺氧缺血后1h、3h、6h、12h、1d、3d、5d、18d8个时间点,按每10只为一亚组,分别观察血浆CRF水平的变化。采用放射免疫法测定幼年大鼠血浆CRF水平。结果幼年大鼠在缺氧缺血后1h、3h、6h、12h这4个时间点,模型组与假手术组、正常对照组血浆CRF水平比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);而模型组在缺氧缺血后第1天和第3天,血浆CRF水平显著低于假手术组和正常对照组(P〈0.001),在缺氧缺血后的第5天和第18天,模型组大鼠血浆CRF恢复到对照组水平(P〉0.05)。结论缺氧缺血影响幼年大鼠血浆CRF水平,与缺氧缺血后的时间有关。
Objective To explore the changes of plasma corticotrophin releasing factor (CRF) lev- els in the young rats with hypoxic-ischemic brain damage. Methods Two hundred and forty young rats were randomly divided into three groups: hypoxic-ischemic brain damage group ( model group, n = 80), sham-oper- ated group ( n = 80), and normal control group ( n = 80). The plasma CRF levels of rats in three groups were detected at 1 h,3 h,6 h,12 h,1 d,3 d,5 d and 18 d after hypoxia-ischemia,per ten rats for each time point. Plasma CRF levels were measured by radioimmunoassay. Results Plasma CRF levels of model group, sham-operated group and normal control group showed no significant difference in the young rats after 1 h,3 h,6 h, 12 h of hypoxia-ischemia (-P 〉 0. 05 ). But plasma CRF levels in the model group were respectively significantly lower than those of sham-operated group and normal control group after 1 d and 3 d of hypoxia-ische- mia ( P 〈 0. 001 ), and then recovered to the control group levels after 5 d and 18 d of hypoxia-ischemia ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Hypoxia-ischemia affects plasma CRF levels in the young rats, which is related with the duration after hypoxia-ischemia.
