摘要例1，女，14岁，以“咽痛1周，精神不振5d，昏迷2d”为主诉入院。入院查体：T37．0℃，P140次／min，R40次／min，BP97／53mmHg（1mm Hg=0．133kPa），SpO2 98％，浅昏迷，发育落后，周身皮肤粗糙干燥、弹性差，呼吸深大，无酮味，
