香港理工大学工业中心发展对职业教育的启示

The Enlightenment to Vocational Education by the Development of Industrial Center of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University

香港理工大学工业中心至今经历30多年发展，其培训模式也经历了“工艺培训中心”、“学习工厂”、“研习工厂”三次变化与转型，每次变化都有其社会大背景的影响，这也启示我们职业教育要紧跟社会经济现状，把握学生技能培养的重点、方向与方法。

The industrial center of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University has developed more than 30 years. About the training mode, there are three changes, that is, technology training center, learning factory and study factory, which are all influenced by social background. It also reveals that the vocational education should keep up with our social economic status to grasp the key points, direction and method of students＂ training skills.
