According to the training market needs investigation made by South Australia TAFE and Shaanxi People＇ s Goverment as well as shaanxi Educational Bureau in early year 1999, the feasibility study weekness and opportunity in the win -win cooperation analyzes the strength, basing on the background of the colaboration with TAFE and training needs of the enterprises and vocational institutions in Shaanxi province.
