肿瘤标志物EpCAM在胃癌组织中的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的利用组织芯片技术研究91例胃癌中EpCAM的表达及临床意义。方法选取91例胃癌癌灶组织为实验组,随机选取79例取其癌灶远隔组织胃黏膜为对照组。采用组织芯片及免疫组化技术分析组织中EpCAM表达情况,分析胃癌组EpCAM表达与C12结果的差异性。结果 91例胃癌组织中EpCAM阳性率为92.3%;对照组组织EpCAM阳性率为13.9%,两者差异有统计学意义。EpCAM在胃癌组织中的表达与性别、年龄、癌灶部位、瘤体大小、分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、pTNM分期、大体分型、病理类型等无明显相关性。91例胃癌患者C12阳性率为44.0%,EpCAM阳性率为92.3%,两者差异有统计学意义。结论 EpCAM可用于胃癌的诊断,不受临床病理资料因素影响;组织EpCAM在胃癌中的诊断价值优于血清C12。 Objective To study the expression of a new tumor marker EpCAM in gastric cancer and its clinical value.Methods The specimens were obtained from 91 pstients with primary gastric cancer and 79 normal controls.The EpCAM was detected by tissue microarray and Immunohistochemistry.The relationship of EpCAM protein expression in tumors tissue and normal tissue was analyzed.Results EpCAM was expressed in 84 cases of 91 gastric cancers,the positive expression rates was 92.3%.There were 11 cases with EpCAM positive expression(13.9%).in 79 normal controls The positive expression of EpCAM in gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that in control.The over-expression of EpCAM in gastric cancer was not related to the sex,age,location,the depth of invasion,the histological,differention,Borrmann types,pTNM types,et al.Conclusion EpCAM posotive expression may be served as a marker in the diagnosis of gastric cancer,but not related with the disease condition
