某三级甲等医院2010年临床输血回顾性分析

A retrospective analysis of clinical blood transfusion of one three-a hospital

目的回顾分析某三甲医院全年临床输血情况,为科学管理和调配血液资源以及血站的储采工作提供依据。方法采用输血科管理软件统计该院2010年输血总量、各科室用血情况及成分输血率,选择其中的内外科有关科室输血情况进行详细分析,最后分析输血量与季节的关系。结果 2010年该院输血总量为68 331单位,外科输血总量为39 471单位,内科输血总量为20 181单位,成分输血率达到99.89%。外科以心外科输血量最多,内科以血液科输血量最多。各种血液成分的使用总量与季节有关。结论定期对临床输血情况进行统计分析,对于制定储血计划、避免盲目采血和保护血液资源等具有重要意义。

Objective By reviewing clinical blood transfusion state year round to provide basis for the scientific management deployment of blood resources and blood station＇s collection and reserve works.Methods Firstly,transfusion department＇s management software was used to get datas of 2010 total amount of blood transfusion in the hospital,consumption information and component transfusion rates from each department.Results During the 2010 year,hospital total blood transfusion volume was 68 331 units with surgical department 39 471 units,internal department 20 181 units,component transfusion rate was 99.89%.The Cardiac Surgery consumed the most in Surgical Department,while the Hematology Section the most in internall Department.Each blood components consumption volume was related to the seasons.Conclusion Making regular statistics analysis to clinical blood transfusion case is very important to make blood storage schedule and avoid planless blood-taking and protect blood resources.
