早期血液滤过联合腹膜透析治疗重症急性胰腺炎的护理

Nursing about the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis with early hemofiltration and peritoneal dialysis

目的探讨应用早期血液滤过联合腹膜透析治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的临床效果及护理措施。方法监测应用血液滤过和腹膜透析治疗SAP的临床效果,分析和评价该联合治疗方式的护理过程。结果 32例患者中,2例死亡,1例自动出院,29例患者病情好转后转普通病房,最终出院。血液滤过过程中,共发生9例次管路凝血,2例股静脉穿刺点出血;未发生腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎等腹膜透析并发症。结论早期血液滤过联合腹膜透析治疗SAP疗效确切,加强护理是确保治疗安全有效进行的基础,并可预防并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and nursing methods of patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis treated by Early Hemofiltration ＋ Peritoneal Dialysis（EHF ＋ PD）.Methods Monitoring the treatment of EHF＋PD in 32 cases with Severe Acute Pancreatitis（SAP）,Analysing and evaluating the nursing process of this combination therapy.Results Twenty-nine cases were transferred to general wards after EHF ＋ PD,then they were eventually discharged.,two died during the treatment,and one were against-advice discharged.Nine of thirty-two cases had Filter tube clotting occurred in nine cases-time during the treament,bleeding in two cases after femoral venous puncture.No complications related PD such as peritonitis were found.Conclusion EHF＋PD is an effective treatment for treating SAP,nursing is important to prevent complications.
