虚拟切片是以多重分辨率格式存储、全组织切片的高倍率数字图像,用特殊的软件可在网页上浏览这些切片,模拟在显微镜下观察传统的组织玻片。虚拟切片作为一种新型医学形态学科实验教学手段,应用于组织学教学和考试,解决了传统形态学实验应用普通显微镜存在的多种问题,实现了资源共享,促进了教学质量和教学效果提高。本文主要对利用虚拟切片进行组织学实验教学中的优势与出现的问题进行探讨,旨在让这一先进的教学手段在形态学实验教学中得到更合理更科学的应用。

Virtual slides are high magnification digital images of tissue sections,stored in a multi-resolution file format using appropriate software,these slides can be viewed in a web browser in a manner that closely simulates examination of glass slides with a real microscope.Feedback from students strongly indicates that virtual slides solve a number of problems in their experimental learning which are essential for improving the teaching quality and efficiency.Today we analyzed the advantages and disadvantages concerning virtual slides of histology in order to point out relative counter measures against the problems which are exposed.
