摘要
对一种磁力驱动器建立了实体模型和2D磁场有限元模型,系统地进行了耦合磁场力学二维分析与研究,推导出2D磁场转矩方程.通过磁场结构参数特性的分析,得出了外磁体厚度为4~8mm、磁隙空气层厚度为2~4mm等重要数据,为磁力驱动装置的优化设计提供了理论依据.
The entity modeling of one type magnetic driver was made,and the finite element modeling of 2D magnetic field was presented.The dynamics of 2D coupling magnetic field was analyzed and studied;the equation of torque on 2D magnetic field was induced.The structural characteristics of parameters on 2D magnetic field were analyzed in a comprehensive way.Some important conclusions of the thickness of the outer magnet and the thicknese of air in magnetic gap were obtained,thus providing a theoretic basis for the optimized and design of magnetic driving devices.
