不同干预措施对急性心肌梗死患者高敏C反应蛋白浓度变化的影响和临床意义

Effect of different treatments on the levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with acute myocardial infarction

目的探讨不同干预措施条件下急性心肌梗死患者高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)浓度变化和临床意义。方法 63例AMI患者分为PCI组、溶栓组和药物组,设立对照组20例,以放射免疫比浊法测定入院时、24h、72h及住院第7天hs-CRP水平。结果 PCI组、溶栓组和药物组hsCRP显著高于对照组(P<0.01),治疗24h后达高峰,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),第7天后溶栓组CRP浓度高于PCI组(P<0.05),药物组明显高于PCI组和溶栓组(P<0.01)。结论不同治疗措施可以影响hs-CRP的浓度变化,血清hs-CRP的浓度变化可作为观察AMI患者临床疗效及预测预后的观察指标。

Objective To investigate the effects of different treatments on the levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP） in patients with acute myocardial infarction （AMI）. Methods Sixty-three patients with AMI were divided into three groups undergoing three different treatments： percutaneous coronary intervention （PC/） group （n= 15）, intravenous thrombolytic therapy group （n=17）, medicine treatment group （n=31）. Twenty healthy individuals were selected as the control group. The levels of serum hs-CRP were assayed by particle-enhanced turbidimetric immunoassay （PETIA） on admission, 24 h, 72 h and 7 days after treatments. Results The levels of serum hs-CRP obviously increased in patients with AMI （P〈0.01）, and reached the maximum at 24 h after treatment. There was no statisticaUy significant difference in the levels ofhs-CRP at 24 h after treatment between the three groups of pa- tients with AMI （P〉0.05）. On the 7~ day after treatment, the levels of serum hs-CRP in the PCI group were the lowest, followed by the intravenous thrombolytic therapy group, and then the medicine treatment group. Conclusion Defer- ent treatments can affect the levels of serum hs-CRP, which could serve as the clinical indicators to evaluate the efficacy and prognosis in patients with AMI.
