摘要
在测定老爹酒含有的１２ 种主要微量成分的基础上， 探讨了由这些微量成分构成的风味特征。研究结果表明，老爹酒具有“浓香突出，酱香并存”的兼香风格。
kinds of main trace components in Laodie Liquor were determined and the characteristics of these components were studied.The results showed that the liquor possesses the particular style of flavour.
