高校计算机基础教育存在的问题及改革对策

The Problems of Computer Elementary Education in Universities and Colleges and Their Solutions

分析了目前高校计算机基础教育在课程体系、内容、范围、系统及中文平台、程序语言设计、教学手段、考试机制等诸方面所存在的问题；参照原国家教委颁发的《加强工科非计算机专业计算机基础教学工作的几点意见》以及“三个层次教育方案”提出的要求，对改革目前教学的具体措施做了初步的探讨。

This paper analyses the problems of the elementary education in universities and colleges in the following aspects :course setup ,contents scope ,system ,procedure language design ,teaching method ,examination mechanism and so on ,The paper makes an initial inquiry into the reform of the present specific teaching measures too.
