摘要
表面增强激光解析电离化飞行时间质谱(Surface-enhanced laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrome-try,SELDI-TOF-MS)技术具有高通量、快速、高灵敏性的优点,通过差异蛋白质组学研究,将新的标志物单独、联合或结合已知标志物用于肿瘤诊断,具有较高的敏感性和特异性,在肿瘤早期诊断、分级、筛查方面具有良好的应用前景。本文就SELDI-TOF-MS的原理、特性及其在肿瘤诊断中的应用作一综述。
Surface-enhanced laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry(SELDI-TOF-MS) has many advantages including high throughput,rapidity and high sensitivity,which may be used for diagnosis of cancer by differential proteomics combined with new markers or known biomarkers.With high sensitivity and specificity,the technique is of an excellent prospect in early diagnosis,grading and screening of tumor.The principle and characteristics of SELDI-TOF-MS as well as its application to diagnosis of tumor are reviewed in this paper.
