高职高专院校学生的学习特点与对策探究

Research on the Studying Characteristics of Students in Vocational College and Countermeasures

目前,高职高专院校应该如何根据其学生的特点来对学生个性进行合理的培养和发展,便于调动学生的积极性;如何引导学生养成良好的学习习惯,从而提高学生的知识水平,是职业院校的关键所在。只有这样我们才能更好地多为社会输送高级应用型人才。本文针对高职学生有其独特的学习特点的这些问题,采用调查法来进行研究探讨,分析其诱因及影响,并提出了一套绩效措施。

At present, in order to promote the students＇ passion in studying, how should the Vocational Colleges perform rea- sonable cultivation and development to the students based on the characteristics？ It is very vital that we can send more senior practi- cal talents to the society. This paper makes the study of the students ＇ characteristics and analyzes the causes and effects by investiga- tion and gives some efficient advice on the issue.
