摘要
应用LabVIEW虚拟仪器开发工具,实现对GTM沥青混合料配合比设计。通过软件强大的数据处理功能,控制系统可以自行运算,并将结果以报告的形式输出出来。主要开发了垂直压力、旋转角度、滚轮压力以及高度等标定程序,GTM试验控制系统程序的实现。通过GTM设计方法与马歇尔设计方法对比可知,两种方法各有优缺点。但是,由GTM设计的沥青混合料比马歇尔设计的沥青混合料的路用性能高,GTM设计方法比较适用于重载道路路面设计。
Application virtual instrument of LabVIEW to realize the GTM asphalt mixture design. Through the powerful data processing software, the results are reported by the control system on their own calculation. In this paper, a vertical pressure, rotation angles, roller pressure and height calibration programs are programmed. Meanwhile the GTM test control system with program is developed. Comparison the GTM design method with the Marshall design method,two methods each have their own advantages and disadvantages. But the asphalt mixture designed by the GTM has higher expressway performance than that designed by the Marshall design method. The GTM design method is more suitable for heavy load pavement.
