南通既有建筑节能改造技术探讨

Study on alteration techniques of existing building energy saving in Nantong

根据南通地区的气候特征,结合本地区既有建筑环境和能耗状况,从墙体、门窗、屋面等围护结构以及基于南通沿海地区的新能源利用等方面论述了本地区既有建筑的节能改造技术,并通过一案例住宅楼的围护结构节能改造,对改造前后进行了对比经济分析,为在本地区推广节能改造提供技术参考。

According to the characteristics of the climate in Nantong, combined with the existing built environment and energy consumption, the alteration techniques of existing building energy saving in Nantong are discoursed in this paper from the walls ,doors and windows, roof and exterior structure, as well as useage of new energy in Nantong coastal area. Through a ease residential building envelope renovation,a reform contrast economic analysis is given. It provides a technical reference in promoting energy saving of this area.
