夏星汤对人胃癌MGC-803细胞生长抑制作用的研究

Study on effect of Xia Xing Tang in grown inhibition of human gastric cancer cell line MGC-803

目的研究夏星汤对胃癌MGC-803细胞生长的影响。方法采用MTT法、直接观察法观察不同浓度药液及服用不同剂量药物后的大鼠血清对胃癌MGC-803细胞体外增殖的影响。结果在作用24 h、48 h后,≥20 g/L浓度的夏星汤药液对胃癌MGC-803细胞均出现生长抑制现象,抑制作用与给药浓度成正比;药物血清各组均未出现明显生长抑制现象。结论夏星汤药液对胃癌MGC-803细胞生长增殖具有抑制作用,而药物血清无明显抑制作用。

Objective It is to observe the influence of Xia Xing Tang（XXT） on gastric cancer MGC-803 cells in vitro.Methods The influences of different concentrations XXT and the rat serum after taking different doses XXT on gastric cancer MGC-803 cells in vitro proliferation were observed by MTT assay and direct observation method.Results In function 24-hour or 48-hour later,≥20 g/L XXT had inhibited the proliferation of gastric cancer cell MGC-803,and inhibitory action was directly proportional to the concentration of XXT.There was no significant inhibition on proliferation in each serum group.Conclusion XXT can inhibit the grown and proliferation of gastric cancer MGC-803,while XXT drug serum can not.
