摘要
从全球价值链视角分析了产业转移中的双向嵌入,在此基础上提出欠发达区域创新支持系统的功能、要素及演化进程,引出对欠发达区域创新支持系统完善方向的建议。
From the perspective of global value chain this paper analyses the two-way embeddedness of industrial transfer.Based on this,the author puts forward the function,elements and evolutionary process of regional innovation system in the underdeveloped region,and then makes suggestions for the perfection of this system.
