摘要
产业技术创新协同对于技术创新能力有着重要的影响。基于协同视角,提出产业技术创新能力主要由产业自身创新能力和产业创新内外部协同两大方面因素构成,由此构建了装备制造业技术创新能力框架。以此对装备制造业技术创新能力影响因素进行了分析,进而设计了装备制造业技术创新能力评价指标体系。
The collaboration has a huge influence on industry technological innovation capacity.Based on collaboration,this paper brings forward industrial technological innovation capacity makes up of industrial innovation capacity by itself and the internal and external collaboration of industrial innovation capacity,thus establishes the framework of technological innovation capability of equipment manufacturing industry.Based on this,by analyzing impact factors of technological innovation capability for equipment manufacturing industry,this paper establishes evaluation index system of technological innovation capacity for equipment manufacturing industry.
