摘要
根据科研项目管理实际,分析研究当前科研项目管理中存在的主要问题,建立创新管理的原则和创新管理的体系结构,可为今后制定科研管理规定及具体的管理措施提供参考,为进一步改进和完善各层次的科研管理工作提供借鉴,旨在促进科研项目管理进一步科学化、规范化。
According to the practical situation of the management of scientific researching projects,in this paper,the main problems which currently existing in the management of scientific researches are investigated,and the principles and systematic structure of innovation management are established.Above mentioned principles and systematic structure will be the references of the formulation of the scientific researching managing regulation and the specific measures,provide the salutary lessons for the improvement and perfection of scientific researching management at different administrative levels,and make further scientization and standardization of the management of scientific researching.
