摘要
适应性绩效作为工作绩效通过对高校科研团队绩效的总结,在适应性绩效理论的基础上,构建高校科研团队适应性绩效概念模型,通过问卷调查,对数据进行探索性和验证性因子分析,最终证明模型的整体拟合程度良好,对于团队总绩效具有一定的影响作用。
According to study the performance of University Scientific Research Teams(USRT),as a kind of job performance,the adaptive performance(AP) would construct a conceptual model of USRT based on the adaptive performance.Through questionnaire survey on the data by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis,this research finally proves that the model concluded a good fit overall,influencing the team performance.
