医院门诊收费窗口引入梯形排班理念的实践 被引量:4

摘要 为尽可能缩短患者排队等候时间.缓解患者排长队的问题.从2008年初开始,我院采取一系列措施合理优化门诊收费窗口资源.通过对门诊收费窗口实行科学排班管理,解决了许多实际问题.提高了职工和患者的满意度。本文就我院门诊收费窗口实行科学排班管理的实践探索和效果进行介绍.以期与各位同行交流和分享。
