新生儿硬肿症27例护理体会

Nursing experience for 27 cases of neonatal scleredema

目的探讨新生儿硬肿症的护理方法。方法观测27例患儿体征变化、皮肤硬肿部位及发展趋势,根据新生儿生理特点,采取有效的护理措施。结果 26例新生儿硬肿症患儿治愈出院,1例早产儿死亡,治愈率达96.3%.结论合理正确的治疗措施和细心严格的护理措施有利于新生儿硬肿症病情的康复。

Objective To discuss the nursing manner for the neonatal scleredema.Methods We observed the changes of sign,the hard swollen area of skin and development trend in 27 cases of neonatal scleredema children,according to physiological characteristics of newborns,adopted effective measures of nursing care.Results 26 cases of cases of neonatal scleredema were cured,1 case of premature child died,the cure rate was 96.3%.Conclusion Reasonable and correct treatment measures and careful strict nursing were benefit for newborn rehabilitation with scleredema
