啮蚀艾肯菌慢性脑膜炎一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女,50岁.因劳累、受凉后咽痛、鼻塞3个月,发热、头痛、周身肌肉酸痛10 d于2007年6月20日住院治疗.入院前3个月,患者因劳累过度,出现咽痛鼻塞症状,自行口服抗感冒药、抗生素治疗,效果不佳.入院前10 d开始出现发热、头痛,体温最高38.2℃,大便次数偶有增多,为进一步诊治收入我科.既往患者吸烟、饮酒史15年;2001年行右肾结石碎石术;2005年行经皮冠状动脉介入术.入院体检：体温37.8℃,脉搏68次/min,呼吸22次/min,血压140/90mm Hg（1 mm Hg =0.133 kPa）.体重60 kg.
