声发射在油田常压储罐检测中的应用

本论文介绍了声发射检测技术的基本原理和特点,并结合对油田在用常压储罐的现状、检验方法以及发现的问题的调查和研究,对应用油田在用常压储罐的声发射检测进行了理论和检验方案的研究。另外,应用德国VALLEN AM SY-5声发射仪对油田在用的常压储罐罐底进行检测,对现场检验情况和实测数据进行分析,对现场检验存在的问题及其解决方案进行了研究和总结,并提出了常压储罐声发射检测研究的下一步工作打算。

This paper describes the acoustic emission technology in the basic principles and characteristics.Combined with the investigation and research of the status,test methods and problems found in the atmospheric storage tanks,the acoustic emission testing is studied in both theory research and testing programs.The German VALLEN AMSY-5 acoustic emission instrument is applied on the atmospheric storage tanks detection.With the analysis of in measured on-site inspection of data,on-site inspection problems and their solutions are studied and summarized in order to make the plan of the nest work of the of Atmospheric Storage Tanks AE Detection.
