摘要
基于质量和能量守恒原理,对宝钢股份直属炼铁厂1号烧结机进行了质量和能量平衡测试,以全面了解其质量和能量收支水平。通过分析烧结系统的热利用情况,并与国内其它烧结机进行对比,探讨了影响烧结能耗的一系列问题,并提出了相应的改进建议。本次测试也为今后实施节能降耗增产等方面的技术改造提供了参考依据。
In this paper, based on conservation principle of mass and energy, balance of mass and energy was tested for No. 1 sinter machine of Iron-making Plant,Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. to know about input and output level of mass and energy comprehensively. Through analysis of heat utilization in sintering system and comparison with other domestic sinter machines,a series of problems which influence sintering energy consumption were discussed, and corresponding improvement suggestions were proposed. The test provides reference basis for implementing technical modifications in the future in terms of saving energy, reducing cost and increasing production.
