The Mechanism and Solutions of Structural Unemployment of the Chinese Undergraduates——Based on Beveridge Curve

利用贝弗里奇曲线,从产业结构调整、就业观念、职业搜寻效率以及大学生特殊群体特征等四方面,系统剖析我国大学毕业生结构性失业的内在机理,进而从"拓展经济需求以促进就业"和"提供人才供给以适应市场"两方面采取措施,实现人力资源最优配置。

According to the Beveridge Curve, the paper analyzes the inner mechanism of structural unemployment of the undergraduates, from the aspects of industry structure adjustment, employment idea, efficiency of job search, as well as the special features of the undergraduate. And then, the paper takes measures to achieve the optimal allocation of human resources from the two aspects, that are extending economy needs to promote employment and providing the talent supply to adapt to market.
