摘要
文章从心理契约的理论视角出发,以江苏56家企业、630名雇员为样本,用实证方法研究影响企业公信度的内部关键要素及其与心理契约实现程度、工作满意度、雇员离职倾向的交互关系。结果表明,影响企业公信度的内部关键因素依次为个人发展、薪酬激励、工作本身、人际关系、管理制度、企业文化;心理契约实现程度对企业公信度、工作满意度起到显著正向影响;对离职倾向起到显著负向影响;心理契约实现程度在工作满意度和企业公信度之间起中介作用。
From the perspective of psychological contract theot3,, this paper used 56 enterprises and 630 employees in Jiangsu province as a sample to investigate the key influence internal elements of the enterprises public credibility and it's realization of the psychological contract, job satisfaction and employee turnover intention. The results show. that the key factors to influence on the enterprise credibility are personal growth, material incentives, the work itself, interpersonal relationships, management systems and corporate culture, and the achieve degree of psychological contract has positive influence on the enterprises public credibility and the employees' job satisfaction, the achieve degree of psychological contract and the job satisfaction has negative influence on turnover intention of employees, the achieve degree of psychological contract has medium influence on the job satisfaction and enterprises public credibility.
