1引言今年,国家机关和企事业单位职工工资普调将陆续兑现,以及就业人员增加等增资因素,全国工资总额将大幅度上升。增资与物价有什么关系呢?国家机关和事业单位增资来自国家预算,即国民收入的再分配。在税率和利润提取率不变的情况下,这部分增额只有靠增加生产来增加财政收入或压缩财政的其他支出来弥补。因此,机关和事业单位增加工资对产品价格不产生直接的影响,但在有效供给不足的情况下会牵动物价的上升。

An all-round raise in pay for staff and workers would certainly increase both their purchasing power and the production cost in various departments of national economy. Without corresponding measures to increase effective supply of products and decrease unit cost of production, the wage increase might be transformed into the increase of product prices. How far will go the effects of the all-round wage increase this year on the price fluctuation? Could this fluctuation be eliminated fundamentally? Taking Anhui province as an example, this paper puts forward a scientific calculation method and a definite answer for the above-mentioned quantitative effects, with the method of input-output analysis.
