基于数字化野战医疗的电子病历系统应用研究

Applied Research of Electronic Medical Record System based on Digital Field Medical Station

本文立足卫勤保障需求，以”新电子病历系统”的推广为契机，着眼未来发展，设计了以“战地瘦身版”电子病历系统为中心的数字化野战医疗所。深入探讨了数字化野战医疗所的信息系统架构、采用的关键技术以及工作流程。系统符合国家、军队相关标准，功能完善，具有易于部署、方便快捷、灵活实用、可扩展性强等特点．大大缩短了伤员信息采集和医疗物资准备时间，能够满足在现代战争环境下野战医疗所批量伤员救护的要求。系统生成的结构化病历便于信息检索再利用，对战后分析总结、提高卫勤保障能力具有重要意义。

This paper is established in the demand of medical support, in the chanee of popularizing of ＂new eleetronic medical record system＂, with a view to future developments, and designed a digital field elinie which is centered on a ＂slim version＂ of eleetronie medieal record system for battlefield. In this paper, the framework, key technologies and work flow have been diseussed in detail. The information system of field medieal station aeeord with national and army standard, which is full- featured, easy-to-deploy, convenient, flexible, praetieal and well-scalable. With these advantages, the time of information collection and medical supplies preparation are greatly shortened. Therefore this system can satisfy the field elinies＂ demand of mass treatment to the wounded in modern war condition. The medieal reeords which established by the system are easy to be retrieved and reused and have a great significance for after-war analysis ＆ summarization as well as improving the capacity of medical support.
